A scattered force can hold ground. A connected force can choose where the battle happens. China’s fictional Haitan Network brings reconnaissance, precision armor and maritime reach into one coordinated offensive.
We remember an age when others drew the lines of our coast for us, and we promised it would never happen again. Our strength is not one hero but millions working as one: engineers, sailors, scouts and tank crews linked into a single network. We build ports, roads and ships, and we defend what we have built. Patience and discipline are our oldest virtues, so when the network moves, it moves together. We fight so that the sea brings trade to our shores, never invaders.
Haitan engineers lay roads and ports across half the world and call it partnership. Every new pier seems long enough for a carrier, and every loan arrives with a network attached.
They enter our sea lanes as customers and stay as a navy. Their drone carriers patrol waters they never had to defend, and nobody outside the network ever gets a say.
Distant fleets sail into our waters and call it protecting trade. Whose trade, and whose waters? A network that watches everything still does not understand the people on the shore.
In-world perspectives in a fictional game conflict. Each identity is a faction's own in-game self-image; each rival view is in-game propaganda or a grievance voiced by a named rival faction. None of it describes real people, faiths or events, or the real-world capability of any force.

Costs and stats come from this mode’s rules; bars compare units of the same kind. Country bonuses and upgrades can change play. These are development rosters, not a promise of public release coverage. Shared units are shown with Westwood’s original art. EA has not endorsed and does not support this product.
Names, categories, costs and stats are measured from the game rules. Modern faction strategies are editorial guidance, and balance is still being refined.
